As part of my dual-enrolled Introduction to Business and Business 100 class, we spent the winter and spring semesters creating a business and pitching it to a venture capitalist to secure funding. As Chief Executive Officer of my company, I successfully led our group to secure funding and pay back the venture capitalist in addition to making $200 in profit.
