Leadership and Team Building

GIFTOPIA

I took the initiative as the Chief Executive Officer of Giftopia in the winter. I led my team in staying organized and prepared for our selling events. We worked as a team through team-building exercises in which we had to rely on each other in order to solve problems.

Key Club Service Project Committee (SPC) Co-Chair

As SPC co-chair, I host bimonthly meetings in which I lead a team of service project committee members. I officiate team building through getting the team to work together to plan or participate in events. I also lead them in helping create guides to navigate their roles.
